DAY 9 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT

Learn assertiveness.

Assertiveness is the key to standing up for yourself. It isn't just a cliche, it's a bona fide means for improving your chances of getting what you want and for being heard properly. Being assertive enables you to express your wants, needs, and preferences in a way that shows you're prepared to stand up for yourself while still respecting the other person. Assertive techniques improve your self-confidence and displays that you value yourself.

DAY 8 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT

Get the victory over jealousy. I was raised to celebrate others and to be happy for people when things are going well others. Don’t let what others are doing make you envious of them. Allow it to motivate you positively. You don’t have to down some one else to bring yourself up. Learn to celebrate others even when its not your turn.
