Therapy is cool. It’s a place you can be yourself. You can express your thoughts and navigate your emotions and feelings about any subject matter. Heal from past hurts. Heal from past trauma. Heal from current hurt. Therapy is cool.
Setting goals are great. But don’t be so focused on what’s next that you take for granted the now. Live in the present moment. Enjoy the right now. Don’t neglect your present.
