Building a positive self-esteem isn’t easy, but step by step you’ll start to see a positive change in how you view yourself and the world. Once you reconnect with the soul living inside you, you’ll also be able to connect with the outside world. Choose to live, instead of simply surviving. Follow your heart and discover what you really live for. Rediscover your passions and dreams.

Setting goals are great. But don’t be so focused on what’s next that you take for granted the now. Live in the present moment. Enjoy the right now. Don’t neglect your present.

DAY 26 - SELF-ESTEEM REBOOT

One of the best things I could do for myself was to learn how to enjoy me alone. Life can get hectic and people will occupy your time. People come and go out of your life, but YOU are the only constant fixture. Why not love your time with you. If you don’t like spending time with yourself, how can you expect others to enjoy your company? I love spending time with me. It’s never a dull moment!
